The trade that decides whether tile work survives
Almost every bathroom we build and most kitchens involve plumbing, and it happens before the part anyone photographs. Drain placement, valve depth, pan slope and waterproofing all get buried under finished surfaces. If any of it is wrong, finding out means taking the finished surface back off.
That is why we keep plumbing in our own hands rather than subcontracting it. The crew setting the valve is the crew that has to tile over it.
What we do
- Fixture installation: sinks, faucets, toilets, tubs, freestanding tub fillers and shower sets.
- Shower valves, rain heads, handhelds and body sprays.
- Remodel rough-in for bathrooms, kitchens, basement bathrooms and kitchenettes.
- Drains, traps and the slope on a custom shower pan.
- Water lines for dishwashers, ice makers and laundry.
- Repairs and replacements when something has failed or is about to.
Problems found mid-job
One of our reviewers wrote that during her bathroom renovation a plumbing problem was solved and corrected. That is a normal part of remodeling an older home — you open a wall and find something that needs dealing with.
What matters is how it gets handled: told to you straight away, priced honestly, and fixed by the people already there rather than becoming a two-week gap in your schedule.
